A holistic model for digital wellbeing
Young people live, learn and socialise in digital environments that offer opportunities for creativity, participation and connection — but also expose them to cyberbullying, hate speech, misinformation, digital overload and online stress. CyberHealthY responds with a holistic, multilingual and transferable approach.
Mission
Promote the mental health and digital wellbeing of young people by equipping youth workers with cyberanimation competences and supporting young people to create safe, inclusive and supportive digital communities.
Vision
A Europe where young people can participate online with confidence, emotional resilience and critical awareness, transforming digital spaces into communities of care, inclusion, solidarity and civic engagement.
How we work
